Instructions:
Lacy Oatmeal Cookies
2 eggs, well beaten
1 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup melted butter
Pinch of salt
3 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 cup flour
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups raw oatmeal
Mix all ingredients together, adding oatmeal last. Blend. Drop onto greased cookie sheet and bake 10 minutes at 350 degrees F.
Remove from cookie sheet immediately and let cool until crisp.
Yields 2 to 3 dozen.
