Oatmeal Pudding Cookies
1 1/4 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup soft butter
1/4 cup granulated sugar
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 small box vanilla instant pudding
2 eggs
3 1/2 cups oats
1 cup raisins
Nuts, if desired
Mix flour and baking soda.
Combine butter, sugars and pudding. Beat in eggs. Gradually add flour mixture. Stir in oats, raisins and nuts. Bake on an ungreased cookie sheet at 375 degrees F for 10 to 12 minutes.
