Instructions:
Barbecue Meat Loaf
1 cup rolled oats, uncooked
2 beaten eggs
1 cup milk
1/4 cup chopped onion
2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1 1/2 pounds ground meat
1/2 cup catsup
1/3 cup vinegar
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon chili powder
2 tablespoons chopped onion
Combine first 8 ingredients and form into a loaf.
Combine remaining ingredients and pour over loaf. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees F in a covered dish. Remove cover and bake 15 minutes more or until brown.
